Trendco Team Notifications Program · Effective July 1, 2026
These terms govern Trendco’s Team Notifications text-message (SMS) program (the “Program”). The Program is operated by Trendco (“Trendco,” “we,” “us”) and is intended solely for Trendco’s own employees, contracted field technicians, and authorized site personnel — it is not offered to the general public.
1. Program description
When you participate in the Program, Trendco may send you operational text messages, including: mobile-app install and account-setup instructions, schedule and service-visit reminders, app and service updates, and other workplace-operations notifications related to Trendco’s PPE vending program at warehouse sites.
2. How you opt in
Participants opt in by providing their mobile phone number directly to Trendco management during employment or contractor onboarding, where they are informed — in person and in their onboarding paperwork — that they will receive operational text messages from Trendco. Trendco documents and retains this consent. There is no public or consumer sign-up for the Program.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs (typically a few messages per month; more during app rollouts or schedule changes).
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Trendco does not charge for Program messages.
5. Opting out
CANCEL ANYTIME
Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS and you will no longer receive Program messages. To rejoin, provide your consent to Trendco management again. Opting out of texts does not affect your employment or your Trendco app account.
6. Help
Text HELP for help at any time, reply to any Program message, email contact@Trendcousa.com, or call 470-210-6118.
7. Supported carriers & liability
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside Trendco’s control.
8. Privacy
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is sold to third parties.
9. Changes to the Program
We may update these terms or modify the Program at any time; the current terms will always be posted at this address. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
